I am so happy that I invested in myself and enrolled in this course. I have a financial advisor, a relationship coach, fitness trainers - why would I not do the same for my career?! Both of my parents work for the government - they know nothing about a 401k, negotiations, etc. When I entered the job force, I was on my own, and quite frankly - I was so happy to be at the table that I didn't dare try to "shake it," even when I knew that I was not being compensated fairly amongst my peers.
